From oyster shucking to making ice-cream - a hands-on tour of four local producers from this selection: Oyster Farm, Winery, Gelato, Deer Farm, Smoke House, Cheese Factory, Honey Centre, Chocolaterie, Farmers Market.

Visit 3 to 4 ventures and enjoy an informative history of New Zealand food culture.
